IFM Electronics OGP301 retro-reflective sensor is made of 316L/1.4404 stainless steel, EPDM sealing, PMMA lens. It features DC PNP electrical design, 10 to 36V DC operating voltage, 15mA current consumption. The transmitter and receiver are incorporated into one housing. The transmitter emits a fine laser beam which is reflected to the receiver by a prismatic reflector specially designed for laser sensors. The interruption of the laser beam is evaluated. The small beam diameter allows detection of tiny objects and their exact positioning.
