IFM Electronic IG5588 inductive proximity sensor with white bronze coated brass housing, PC (polycarbonate) active face. The IGA3008-BPKG/BS-201-APS sensor features DC PNP electrical design. It provides reverse polarity, pulsed short-circuit and overload protection. The sensor is indispensable for industrial usage. As compared to mechanical switches they offer almost ideal conditions such as non-contact operation free from any wear and tear, high switching frequencies and accuracy. In addition, they are insensitive to vibration, dust and moisture. Inductive sensors detect all metals without contact.
