IFM Electronic IG5846 inductive proximity sensor with 316Ti/1.4571 stainless steel housing, PBT (Pocan) active face. The IGB4010-CPKG/V4A/US-104-DPA RT sensor features DC PNP electrical design. It provides reverse polarity, pulsed short-circuit and overload protection. The sensor is indispensable for industrial usage. As compared to mechanical switches they offer almost ideal conditions such as non-contact operation free from any wear and tear, high switching frequencies and accuracy. In addition, they are insensitive to vibration, dust and moisture. Inductive sensors detect all metals without contact.
